Cocoonr offers this charming 75 m² flat for rent in Carcassonne, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room. Sheets and towels are included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 25 m² terrace, not overlooked, with 2 deckchairs and a garden table to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Carcassonne, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Visit the medieval city of Carcassonne (30 min walk)
- Lac de la Cavayere (15 min by car), the Sigean African reserve, the beaches at Gruissant...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public parking spaces near the flat.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Carcassonne station 1.5 km away (5 min walk)
- Nearest airport: Carcassonne Sud de France airport 3 km (5 min by car)
