New Greers Ferry Lake house, in Tannenbaum area and close Heber Springs Ar

Incredible property with all of the amenities and a view of the lake! Highly recommend!!

Fast, easy, clean, and wonderful vacation rental with everything you need. Chuck is a super host and makes every stay even better. 5 stars.

We all loved our stay Very Clean and Nice and neat! Lovely neighborhood and Outdoors! Will Definitely be coming back!!

We recently stayed at this lake cabin and overall had a wonderful trip. The home itself is beautiful, clean, and in a great location. Most of our time was spent relaxing on the screened-in back porch, which quickly became our favorite spot to enjoy the lake views and spend time together as a family. Our children absolutely loved the slide and spent hours enjoying the game room, which made the stay especially memorable. One thing future guests should be aware of is that the host is very strict regarding occupancy limits, with a maximum of 10 guests and only 6 adults allowed. While we respected the rules, the communication regarding occupancy felt stern.Additionally, some basic essentials were not provided, including paper towels and hand soap, which was unexpected compared to many vacation rentals. Be sure to ask prior to arrival. That said, the property itself is lovely, and we made many great family memories during our stay. Despite a few inconveniences, we had a great time and our kids had an absolute blast.
