About this villa rental
Enjoy a peaceful stay in a lovely, bright 100-square-meter home facing south, featuring a beautiful 45-square-meter terrace and a large 1,500-square-meter garden with artificial turf.
In this wooded park, you’ll find an 8.5 x 4 m pool, lounge chairs, and a barbecue for enjoying pleasant, convivial moments.
The villa is fully fenced and secured by two electric gates.
La Valentine neighborhood, Traverse Rampal, 13012 Marseille. The villa is located less than 5 minutes from shops and highway access.
Downtown Marseille is 15 minutes away, the Calanques and the picturesque villages of Cassis and Allauch are less than a 20-minute drive away
La Salette Golf Course is 10 minutes away.
The Old Port is a 20-minute drive away.

To ensure you have the best possible stay, we provide linens for the entire duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, and bath towels.
Vehicles can be parked on the property grounds
The pool is open from May 1 through October 1. The pool is unheated.
To confirm your reservation, a security deposit will be required; the amount is €2,000
