ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The home is fully renovated with a newly furnished living room and bedrooms; and newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full set of cookware, dishware, cooking utensils, flatware, serving dishes, and a variety of small appliances.
The first floor features an open concept living room with a Thomasville sleeper sofa, kitchen, and dining area; washer and dryer; recently renovated full bathroom with walk-in shower; and two bedrooms - each with a Sealy Posturepedic queen size bed and sliding doors leading to the backyard patio area.
The second floor features a large vaulted-ceiling primary bedroom suite with a Sealy Posturepedic king bed, desk space for remote work, lounge chair, and twin air mattress. It also includes a newly renovated full bathroom with a shower and tub; as well as a private furnished patio deck overlooking the courtyard with shaded oak trees.
The outside of the home includes an outdoor shower, storage unit of basic beach equipment, and an outdoor dining area with charcoal grill.
Located at the furthest end of a quiet complex of eight townhouses with a shared courtyard, the rental includes free parking right off of Route 26 - limit to three vehicles per unit.
This house is non-smoking and no pets allowed. Must be 25 years old to book.
Nightly fee includes cleaning fee, town of Bethany Beach taxes, and a parking permit for downtown Bethany.

The property was just as described/pictured and worked great for two friends meeting up for a weekend. Very walkable to nearby shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood.
