The Emerald Shores community offers access to a private beach oasis featuring an exclusive beachside pavilion with private restrooms and showers, a seasonal beachfront bar, and of course the powdered sugar sand and beautiful emerald waters that Destin is famous for.

Responsible adults age 18+ may book the beach house, with the understanding that this is a well-kept luxury property and guests are expected to treat it with care.
(2) What linens and household supplies are provided?
We provide bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, wash cloths, and a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pods, trash bags, basic cleaning supplies, and travel-size shampoo and soap.
(3) What does the kitchen include?
The kitchen includes the standard cooking essentials you would expect in a fully equipped home kitchen, including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, regular coffee maker, pots and pans, baking sheets, wine glasses, and dinnerware.
(4) Do you provide a grill?
Yes. A Weber Original Kettle Premium 22` charcoal grill is located in the yard behind the driveway. Charcoal, matches, and lighter fluid are not provided.
(5) What is your pet policy?
Due to the quality of the furnishings and the pure white linens, we are unfortunately not able to host pets at this beach house.
(6) When will I receive the address and access details?
The address, door code, community gate code, beach pavilion gate code, and driving directions are sent approximately 5 days before check-in.
(7) What is required to access the private beach pavilion?
A passcode will be provided before your stay for beach pavilion gate access. Between March and October, armbands are also required for security purposes. The armband fee is $30 per stay for the full group and is payable by credit or debit card at the beach pavilion. Guests can show proof of booking on their phone to the pavilion attendant.

Check-in: after 4:00 PM

The communication with the owner was fabulous!!!! The house itself is super nice - the kitchen and dining area are spacious and plenty of seating in main living room!The house needs a fresh coat of paint throughout - lots of nicks on the wall corners, the walls up and downstairs, along with nail holes and both upstairs bathrooms need repairs in drywall by shower and ceiling in master and needs a towel rack rehung by shower.The owner sent a handyman to look at bathrooms and replace the hallway burnt out light. We would definitely stay here again - just needs a painting refresh.

We had a great trip! The house was clean and spacious, and I love that there are larger beds in the bedrooms rather than most rentals that have twins in the at least one. There were several amenities that are always appreciated like laundry baskets and large extra fans you can plug in for the bedrooms. There was also 2 beach wagons with 5-6 beach chairs. The neighborhood is in a perfect location-it’s quiet but has quick access to restaurants and shopping.

This house is ideal in its location to the beach, restaurants and shops. The pool is just steps away and private beach access is only about a 5 minute walk! Also, there are several great restaurants within a 5-10 minute walking distance as well and all are highly recommended! We are at Kenny D’s and can vouch that it’s as good as advertised! This was the perfect beach vacation!

Upon arrival we were quite pleased with how clean the entire property was. Before arriving, we had inquired about whether or not there were any fans because we use them to sleep. Martin had 2 brand new fans waiting for us! The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed and more. Can't say enough about how nice it was. Only 2 recommendations. The couch is starting droop in the middle making it a little uncomfortable. Master bedroom could use some darkening curtains. In the mornings it was quite bright. If not feeling well or wanting to nap it would be nice to have a dark room. Helps those folks who have a history of migraines too. Highly recommend this property!!
