Guests will enjoy full access to the entire unit, as well as exclusive privileges including a gym, lounge area, swimming pool, and dedicated Jacuzzi for their ultimate relaxation and enjoyment. For access, speak to Oscar or Ricardo at the entrance of the Oceana building.

Firstly, please ensure that all individuals staying at the condo, including visitors, are listed on the reservation. Adjustments can be made through the platform if necessary, though this may affect rental pricing. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests, strictly enforced by our security team, who will check IDs upon arrival. Only those listed on the reservation will be granted access.
As this is a condominium, there are Homeowners Association (HOA) regulations in place. While short-term rentals are permitted, guests must adhere to all HOA rules. Failure to comply may result in fines, starting at $50, for disturbances such as excessive noise, glassware in the pool area, or inappropriate behavior.
Each unit includes one parking space, available at the front gate or optional garage access.
Pool hours are from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, with quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. Glassware is prohibited in the pool area, and one spa is designated for adults only.
While our complex is centrally located in a tourist area, we strive to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Please respect your fellow guests and refrain from loud music or disruptive behavior, as families and children also enjoy our amenities.
Any guest caught throwing items from the deck will be asked to leave immediately, without refund.
We kindly ask that guests treat our staff and security team with respect and courtesy, as they work hard to ensure your safety and maintain the property's quality standards.
