Since we are an eco-friendly place, please note that the pool is heated by solar energy. Therefore, we can't guarantee the water temperature.
Children under the age of 15 are strictly prohibited from entering the jacuzzi, even under parental supervision. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a fine.
This vacation rental is pet-friendly. The fee is $35/pet per reservation and paid in cash upon check-in at the security gate. We cannot receive payment over the phone or online. There is not a weight restriction.
You must register prior to check-in. (More details sent via email post booking.) Daily fees apply to all guests who do not register.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The property meet my expectations. It was a family trip and we all enjoyed the outdoor area. The pool and jacuzzi were nice and clean. We asked guest services for an outdoor grill to take it out to the beach and they responded promptly. I loved that they are pet friendly. The inside house was well kept. The only downfall was the largest room with the 3 big beds. It got kind of stuffy inside, specially at night time. Needs some kind of vent. But another than that the place was great. Guest services is always doing rounds in case guest has needs or questions.
We will definitely go back next year.

No AC at allFridge wasn’t working they had to go fix itWIFI didn’t work either We had dogs coming in the house from other renters.Beautiful place but they over charged for not having anything working.
