Oceanside Barnegat Light Beach House 3Br/1Ba. Walk to Beach. Downstairs

Great location, clean and comfortable house. Hot water was an issue (the reset button was in the upstairs unit and we were downstairs) so the house could use a separate hot water heater for the downstairs, but owners were very responsive to any issues.

This home has been meticulously updated, charming and very functional for families. Close to the beach- we walked while my parents had the option of taking the tram. Close to the north end restaurants and a short walk to Poppy’s icecream. Quiet area!

Good location. Not well cleaned-hair and stains on bedspread, sandy floor, vacuum cleaner, other items left in living area, trash under beds. spent first evening of vacation doing their laundry. Outdoor shower had not been cleaned and smelled Bedrooms and bath are tiny. No place to put suitcases or clothes in twin bedroom,. Closet had jumble of toys on floor and shelf but no clothes hangers. only queen room had a chest of drawers. Minimal furniture, minimal kitchenware. 7 people would be very crowded for a week. Can hear upstairs renters talking, walking, using bathroom. I texted with the property manager and response was within 24 hours. my cleaning fee was returned, but my request for suitcase stands was denied. I would stay for a weekend but not an entire week because I had to live out of my suitcase
