This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

I am giving this 5 stars because of the great communication, ease of check-in and it was modern and clean. However, take into consideration that this is a great property for a celebration for a group - bachelor/bachelorette party, etc. and deserves to be treated with respect. It is clean and nice but there is definitely wear and tear on the furniture indoors and out. Still an overall great experience for our group of young adults. Bring flip flops or sandals to enjoy the outdoor space. It is rocked for low maintenance.

This condo met all our needs. There were 6 of us. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms for each couple. It was in a relatively quiet location but there is a train track right behind the building but fortunately this didn’t bother us too much. I love that there were dark out curtains in each room. There are 5 or more units in the whole building and at least 4 of them have their own private backyard oasis as well as a shared space with bar surrounding a barbecue. There is also a sauna in the shared space, but we were not able to use it for some reason.It was in a good location to walk to Broadway - approximately 15 minutes and closer still to Printers Alley. One of our guests cannot walk too far but this location was great. The owner is very responsive. The check- and checkout process is easy.

There is construction across the street. We were in town for a conference so we got up early and it didn’t affect us much. It was a 15 minute walk to Broadway but an easy walk. The house was clean, but yes there were stains on the furniture. As far as previous comments about lack of hot water. Start the shower a few minutes before you get in and you will have plenty of hot water. Owner was always responsive to any questions we had. Great sports bar/restaurant a block away from the house that we went too as well.

PROS: The location was the best. Only a few blocks to Broadway. The amount of room for 8 women to sleep was also good.CONS: The advertising made it look like we were to have the whole location to ourselves. We were surprised when we got there to find out that we were sharing various outside areas with about 4 other units. Our "patio" area was very rundown and they had a "stock tank" pool that did not look like it had been cleaned at all and had large rocks in it. There was a leftover bikini top under the bed and some of the sheets on the beds had stains. There was no hot water on our third morning. I have rented many VRBO's and was very disappointed in this one from the false advertising to the cleanliness.
