Q: CAN WE CHECK IN EARLY OR CHECK OUT LATE?
A: When possible, yes. Because we receive many last-minute bookings, we can only confirm availability the night before your arrival or departure.
Q: CAN YOU STORE OUR LUGGAGE IF EARLY CHECK-IN ISN’T AVAILABLE?
A: Yes. We’re happy to store your luggage when early check-in or late checkout isn’t possible. Availability will be confirmed the evening before.
Q: IT’S A 2 BEDROOM LOFT—HOW CAN IT SLEEP 8 PEOPLE?
A: Our rates are based on double occupancy—2 guests per bedroom. This 2-BR loft includes a base rate for up to 4 guests. Can accommodate up to 8 guests total (two additional guests) for $75 per extra guest, per night, plus taxes. For groups over 4, we provide 2 queen air mattress with bedding and linens (1 queen air mattress per 2 people) up to a max. of 8 guests.
Q: IS PARKING INCLUDED?
A: Parking not included, but several secure garages within walking distance (average $45/24 hrs). Property manager can point out options at check-in.
Q: DO YOU OFFER ADDITIONAL LOFTS?
A: Yes! We have multiple lofts in the building and next door, ranging from 1–5 bedrooms. Perfect for groups needing more space. Printers Alley Lofts includes 10 lofts housed in 2 adjoining buildings on Printers Alley—8 located in 1 building, and 2 in adjoining building next door.
Q: HOW DO I CHECK IN?
A: Check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival. Our property manager will greet you and assist with any questions.
Q: IN ADDITION TO THE NIGHTLY RENTAL, WHAT OTHER FEES ARE CHARGED BY PRINTERS ALLEY LOFTS?
A: In addition to the nightly rate, there is a one-time departure cleaning fee, as well as required state and local taxes. Current tax charges are:

A: We do not have a gym. However, several gyms downtown Nashville offer day passes for out-of-town guests. QNTM Fit Life offers 1–2 day passes and Anytime Fitness allows drop-in visits. Printers Alley Lofts is not affiliated with these gyms.

A: Our building is located in the heart of Downtown Nashville. While our windows are STC-rated and block most noise, some city sounds may still be heard. We seldom receive complaints, but want guests aware of our central location. We can’t assume responsibility for external factors: nearby events, construction, or nightlife.
Q: PETS ALLOWED?
A: Dogs only permitted, with non-refundable pet fee of $75 per dog plus taxes (maximum of 2 dogs). No other pets allowed.
Q: WHO HANDLES MAINTENANCE?
A: Printers Alley Lofts is a multi-residential complex where building management oversees amenities, shared spaces/exterior maintenance. Includes plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Please note that these items follow building protocols and timelines for resolution.

The property manager was kind enough to allow us to move in earlier than our checkin time by a couple hours. That was very nice of him! He showed us around the unit so we could get settled and gave us our own code for the door keyless entry.. From the outside of the building you will not be impressed as it can be a let down due to the front facade/entry deferred maintenance and entry area with a couple large dumpsters to the right of the front door. That initial regret all changed once we went inside. The interior is very clean, large and tastefully decorated in a fun, eclectic style. The beds were comfortable. The location is just a couple blocks up the hill from Broadway which is great. I would recommend staying here to anyone with a large group looking for plenty of beds, bathrooms, large entertainment spaces, pool table, open kitchen family room with 2 full size refrigerators and a convenient location to Broadway. We would stay here again when back in Nashville.

Such a fun place for a group in a great location in Nashville! We loved how we could walk everywhere. The loft was the perfect location for our group. It was comfortable and most importantly, clean. There were numerous places to sit and relax with our friends. The host was very helpful and accommodating. He walked us around and showed us the place and I’ve never experienced that before. Very helpful! I was extremely impressed by this loft and we would love to come back and stay again!

Awesome spot in an unbeatable location. Host was great and made getting in and out as simple as could be. We will definitely be booking this spot for future trips.
