About this house rental
This residential ranch includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. (The master bedroom has an en-suite bath with a double vanity, and a jacuzzi, walk-in shower, a king bed and a baby crib. The other two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located in front of the house. Each of them has a queen size bed.) The open-floor kitchen with breakfast bar, 1st floor laundry, dishwasher, washer and dryer on site, two car attached garage. We clean, sanitize and wash linens between guest. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice. Coffee, cream, sodas are included. Water dispenser is inside of the fridge. Please help your self.

Easy check in and out. Perfect layout for grandparents, mom, dad and their 16 month old twins. Perfect location for visiting family. Close to Starbucks and shopping. We definitely would stay again.

Perfect house for us to stay in. We had my Dad's 90th birthday party in Grimes with family and friends. The location was perfect for us.
