A charming, clean, home located in the popular Berkeley neighborhood of Denver. Centrally located to restaurants, bars, art galleries, and boutique shops in the Tennyson Street shopping district. Close to several local parks with 2 lakes, walking trails, a popular dog park(pet-friendly), and picnic spots. Also, easy access to the local bike and bus routes, only 10 minutes to downtown Denver, and only a 2-5 minute drive to get on I-70 and head to the mountains!

The house was perfect for us as it is close to Tenneyson St, Berkeley Lake and downtown. It was stocked with absolutely everything we needed but not overcrowded or cluttered - very peaceful. We enjoyed the back patio and our dog loved having a yard to play in. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. It was a really great place to stay.
