On this level you will also find a bedroom with queen bed, closet and dresser as well as a flat screen TV and an adjacent full bath. Completing the lower level is a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.

Head upstairs where you will find three large bedrooms-- two featuring queen beds, large closets and flat screen TVs, and one containing two twin beds, closet, dresser and flat screen TV. There is an adjacent full bath in the hallway. The open and bright living area has ample soft seating as well as a conversation area with table and chairs, perfect for playing games. All of this is highlighted by spectacular views of the lake from an impressive wall of windows along the entire western facing side.

If you feel like venturing out, the house is located just around the corner from the only restaurant on the lake accessible by boat, and is close to many other restaurants, breweries, grocery and specialty stores, flea markets, antiques shops, golf courses, museums and ski areas. Only hypo-allergenic dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and must be approved PRIOR to booking. For the comfort of all of our guests, pets are NOT allowed on furniture, pillows or beds under any circumstances, pets must be leashed at all times while outdoors, must be crated when left alone in the home, and all waste must be disposed of immediately into the outside trash receptacles. Failure to comply will incur forfeiture of damage deposit in the amount required to deep clean furniture and pillows. A $100 non-refundable pet fee will be due with the final payment. Please be advised: For the safety and security of our property, our neighbors and our guests, we have installed the Ring video doorbell system to monitor the driveway and the front door. There is absolutely no monitoring of the inside of the home, nor the outside dock or patio areas.

Please note: The owner and family keep a boat at the dock during the summer months and may be on property to take them out on the lake. There is one space on the dock for guests boats.
