This luxury, brand new, ocean front home is the perfect getaway for family and friends. The house is located in Playa Coyote, one of the most beautiful and remote beaches that sits on the western coast of the Nicoya Peninsula in Guanacaste. This quiet and peaceful beach, is the perfect escape for families and nature lovers seeking for tropical beauty, incredible sunsets and spectacular views.
This one story, luxury house, has an open plan designed to take in the view of the ocean, enjoy the breeze and let time, tide and sunlight to conspire and transform the day on your perfect vacations.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS-
The house offers:
- 2 master bedrooms with 1 king size bed each, facing the ocean.
- 2 more bedrooms with 2 queen size beds each.
- 4.5 bathrooms
For a comfortable sleeping of 12 people max.
Pets are not allowed.
HOUSEKEEPING-
Cleaning services are included, up to 4 hours per day, except for laundry of personal items.
KITCHEN AND DINNING-
A fully equipped kitchen awaits with modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stainless steal refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, blender, coffee maker, rice cooker, waffle maker, beverage refrigerator and an electric skillet.
House also has a dinning table for 12 people and the kitchen island can sit up to 5 more people.
LAUNDRY-
Benefit from the convenience of an in-suite washer and dryer, along with provided laundry supplies.
WiFi, TECHNOLOGY AND COMFORT-
High-speed private internet and Smart TVs in the living room and sleeping areas.
AIR CONDITIONING & COOLNESS-
House is equipped with A/C in every room, kitchen and social area. Fans are also installed in bedrooms, terrace and BBQ area.

Enjoy our tropical pool with a kids side. Perfect for creating lasting memories.

TERRACE AND BBQ AREA-
There is a comfortable terrace with sitting arrangements to enjoy the ocean breeze and the spectacular views.
And if you want to master the art of grilling, our ocean front rancho includes a stainless gas grill, a chest freezer and sitting up to 5 people.
Rancho includes a half bathroom and an outside shower to rinse the sand.
FIREPIT-
If one day you feel like roasting marshmallows, you can do it on our wood fire pit, with sitting up to 7 people.

We had a great stay! The home is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The accommodations were comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. We loved the detail on leaving us a beautiful welcome basket. The location was perfect—beautiful oceanfront. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is gorgeous and has everything you could need. Gabby is an excellent host, and Henry takes great care of the property. Silvie is amazing, and her daily visits to clean made us feel spoiled. Gabby helped us with couples massages, horseback riding on the beach, a fishing trip, and a private chef for dinner. All activities exceeded our expectations.There are great restaurants close by, including the closest just a short walk down the beach. There is also a tree house pizza place that was excellent.This is the ultimate spot for relaxation and spending quality time with family and friends. This area is remote with no nightlife. We had no problem driving from Liberia airport, which was about a 3-hour drive. I am already planning our next visit to this perfect slice of heaven on earth. Please do not forget to tip Silvie. She works hard to keep the house clean so you don't have to.Pura Vita!!

The house was fantastic! We couldn’t ask for anything better. From first communication, Gabby was amazing. Quick to reply and very attentive. The pool area was great with plenty of room and space for a large family both indoors and outdoors. The beach is only steps away and a perfect spot to watch the sunset. We highly recommend.

The house was more than what we expected. Amazing walks in the morning. Amazing sunsets where the river meets the ocean. Ideal for yoga and amazing family fun. The amenities are endless. They truly give you the l5 star treatment. Gabby was amazing, super helpful and full of information . Henry was waiting for us to give us the grand tour and never bothered us once. Silvia was the best. She came and cleaned everyday and took care of the house for us. Over all an amazing, back to, Pura Vida vacation at the beach, rental. 5 stars
