Please be advised that Watercrest will be undergoing a scheduled reconstruction project from September 2025 through May 2026. During this time, guests may experience limited access to balconies, pools, and parking areas, depending on the phase of construction.
• This unit specifically will not have balcony access from late-December to late-February.
• The pool and hot tub will be closed mid-November through early-February.
• Loud construction noise should be expected throughout the entire project period.

Great condo! This is the second time staying in this condo and it’s big enough for our family, beautiful view from the balcony. The only thing different this year than the last time is that on top of the rental for the condo we had to pay for parking. The time before this, they provided a parking pass. Either way, it is great and we will stay again.

The condo was very nice. There was something on the shower curtain in the master bathroom that kinda grossed me out but overall the place was clean. Blue Swell was great to work with and responded very quickly to my questions. Provided lots of bath towels. My disappointment was with the building more than anything. One day we had no water, after our second day there one elevator stopped working and we were told it would be down until middle of July (we waited a long time for elevators after that point), the pool is not big enough for the complex and there are not enough tables and loungers near the pool, they also stopped putting the umbrellas up at the tables around the pool (I asked security about it and they said that was maintenance’s job), there was work being done in the room above us so all we heard was hammering and drilling and such from 7am-9pm, other guests playing super loud music on their balcony (one night with flashing lights), other units must have allowed smoking on the balcony because we could smell cigarette smoke and marijuana. The individual condo was beautiful and clean (other than the shower curtain liner in master bath). Like I said Blue Swell was great to work with.

The condo was perfect for our family vacation! I liked that the 2nd bedroom had 2 queens, as that has been difficult to find in other listings. The condo is right off the elevator on the 9th floor, which was very convenient. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and came with everything we needed.Suggestion…please add hooks or towel rods in the bathrooms! With so many people using the same bathroom, places to hang towels was needed.

I have stayed at several different places in PCB, this is by far my favorite place!! Don’t let the price fool you, we wasn’t expecting this place to be nowhere near as nice as it was from the price we paid. This place was nothing less than awesome! Great view, very clean, plenty of linen, everything you need other than food and drink! We definitely give it 5 stars and will be booking again every summer!!
