This is the first time i rented this property. It was clean and nice furniture. The check in process was horrible they never send me the code to enter the house i had to call the customer service team in order to get in. The communication with the host also was terrible i send them múltiple messages never respond. They didn't provide trash bags or toilet paper, or shower towels. I definitely won't stay here again.
