This house is perfect for two families or multiple couples. It has 2 bedrooms on either side of the house with 2 spacious bathrooms. A large living room with a sectional as well as hanging chairs, and an open concept living space allows everyone to hang out and still watch tv and play a game at the dining room table. *although pool is heated, when temps get below 50* the pool will NOT get up to swimming temps of 80+, so please keep that in mind when planning your trip

Clean well kept property. Only complaint would be the AC system had a hard time keeping up with Sarasota heat / removing the humidity in the air. I would deffinately recommend this property.

house is fabulous, super location close to beaches and nightlife, pool and hot tub was a big hit with all on this vacation, host (Whitney) always available when needed, really couldn't be more pleased with house, host and location-made the trip great fun.

Nice lay out for group; well equipped kitchen; very clean; plenty of parking.

We were in town for a fishing tournament and had an amazing stay at this home. The house was clean, updated, and comfortable. I liked the open feel and the split floor plan. Thanks again for allowing us to stay there.
