My family had a wonderful time during our April 2026 stay at Casa Trinidad. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood south of Sarasota, and is 10 minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants and Siesta Beach. We've stayed in dozens of rental properties over the years, and felt this one was notably clean, well laid out and well equipped. Evelyn, the owner, responded very quickly to all our questions. My granddaughter loved the pool; the water temperature was perfect even without the pool heater, and there was plenty of pool toys. There is a collapsable cart to haul all the chairs, umbrellas, etc. to the beach. I heartily recommend this rental.

Beautiful property with lots of amenities, was perfect for our group! The only issue we had was not the owner’s fault, the weather was unseasonably cold so the pool was struggling to get to the proper temperature and took an extra day or so to be comfortable, but the owner was very responsive and did everything they could to resolve the issue including sending someone out to check that everything was working properly. Plenty of appliances and cookware for us to make food for our Super Bowl party, and they had coffee supplies available as well. Very close to a shopping center with a Publix grocery store, restaurants and such!Would definitely stay again!

Great home for a family stay! The house was very clean and well stocked with all the extras you might need. We especially appreciated the coffee bar, pool towels, beach supplies, and the thoughtful touches like soap and shampoo. There were plenty of comfortable spaces to gather and relax together. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!
