Step up the stairs into the cozy bedroom featuring a queen bed for a restful night's sleep. The convenience of 1.5 bathrooms, equipped with a hair dryer, adds an extra layer of comfort. Notably, there are two dedicated workspaces – one with a monitor for focused tasks and the other strategically placed by the television for a more relaxed work environment.
Relax and recharge in the inviting living room, where an additional futon bed (foam mattress topper available at request) provides an extra sleeping space. Stay connected with WiFi, and keep cool with the provided AC. The amenities extend to a washing machine and iron for added convenience.
Located in East Passyunk you are a quick ride away from the heart of Philadelphia but distanced enough from the hustle and bustle that your stay will remain quiet and peaceful. Make yourself at home and experience the perfect blend of comfort, style, and sunshine during your stay.

- there are MANY STAIRS (2 flights)
- At the moment this unit can be rented for up to one week at a time.
- There is a garage with an apartment below the unit, which are both often occupied by the owner. At request, garage can be made available.

Excellent location, beautiful space. Responsive host. Great visit with our son. Bed a wee bit uncomfortable but minor. Also wish there was more closet space. Overall, would definitely stay again. Kal was great, friendly and very responsive. Awesome garage space (extra cost). Beautiful roof top and views, very private. Conveniently located to many wonderful restaurants, sporting events and sight seeing. Can’t wait to come back!!

We had a great time. House was clean. Check in and out was a breeze. Host was avaliable and responded quickly. House was only about a 20 bus ride to center city. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the property 3 long weekends in a row since I was helping a relative pack up for a move in the area. The location is a great spot in South Philly, perfect for what I needed as well as a great and unique place to stay. Was very comfortable, clean, and convenient to all that was needed. The host was very accommodating and was responsive to any questions I had while I was there and checked in to make sure all was going well. I will certainly plan to stay there again!

Was an awesome exp staying with Kal. Didn't even realize he was in the same building. Perfect distance from all the main attractions. Awesome big tv to stream the superbowl. Couldn't have asked for a better exp!
