The detached villa is modern and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view of the sea from the property and its quiet, sunny and secluded hillside location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Your villa consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 85 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your villa can be heated. The entrance is covered and leads over a terrace directly in the hallway with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room 30 sqm and with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette and TV. You have access to the 20 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen 12 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, electric water boiler and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. You have access to the covered balcony with garden furniture. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
