About this house rental
New house (DHH) in Istrian style, partly with natural stone walls, arches, several terraces with great sea views. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, utility room, large living room with a beautiful terrace with barbecue and fantastic sea views. On the west side, at the entrance there is also a large sunny terrace with natural stone slabs. Since the house is built on a slope, the bedrooms are on the lower floor, 2 bedrooms have an exit to a covered terrace, also with wonderful sea views. Via an outside staircase leads to the small garden with swimming pool (6 x 4 m), from there you can also enjoy the beautiful sea views. 'Casa Adriatica' located in a small, quiet complex with 8 Ferienhäusern- and 6 apartments. For shopping you drive about 6 km to Labin, there are several supermarkets, a market (fish, fruit, vegetables, etc.) and many shops.

The house was wonderful once we found it. Directions are quite ambiguous and roads are not marked. Best to put the address into Google and head to Mali Kosi. Do not let Google take you to Rabac!! The kitchen is fully appointed and a pleasure to cook in. There was no toilet paper or soap upon our arrival. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets off the deck. A great place to hang out but somewhat inconvenient if you want to explore Istria.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer abgelegenen kleinen Siedlung. Es hat besten Meerblick, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat auch ein kühles Schlafzimmer wenn es draussen heiss ist. Der Pool ist großartig und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Der Empfang durch die Hausverwalterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Wir haben unseren Pfingsturlaub in diesem komplett ausgestatteten Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Neben dem traumhaften Ausblick bietet das Haus durch die Raumaufteilung, seine Ausstattung einschließlich des Pools und dem gesamten Ambiente eine exzellente Voraussetzung für erholsame Urlaubstage fernab der höher frequentierten Touristenziele in Istrien. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Es hat uns rundum einschließlich der Betreuung nach Buchung sehr gut gefallen.

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht im Urlaubsalltag.
Die Aussicht ist phänomenal und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Zum Strand läuft man ca. 50 Minuten. Man kann in der Umgebung schöne Spaziergänge machen.
