Welcome to Holly Bank! Bring your bikes, kayaks or paddle boards. A relaxing, house in peaceful setting just off the Virginia Capital Trail. Chickahominy River is an easy walk to water sports, nature and fishing. Perfect for families visiting the area for Colonial Williamsburg, William & Mary, weddings , triathlons or Busch Gardens theme parks. Please note- this is not a riverfront property. A neighbor’s private, wooded lot separates us from the river. Access to Chickahominy and James Rivers is .5 miles away.

Communication with the host was outstanding. She was patient with all my questions and thorough with responses. The house was located 14 minutes from the venue at which our son was getting married. I would absolutely rent this house again.

It was the perfect place for a William and Mary graduation week. The host was easy to work with. Answered all my questions very quickly and keeped us up to date. The location was easy to the airport and a straight drive to the college, CW, etc. top tier
