The detached holiday home, built in 1975 and renovated in 2021, is functionally furnished. The property is located in a lively area, in a holiday home settlement, in the town centre. The residence is popular also due to its sunny location. Available for exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 60 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level and leads over a terrace directly in the kitchen living. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room / bedroom Bedroom with 1 double bed. American kitchen with dinette, TV, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 additional bed at couch/sofa and In a gallery.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 270 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
