Clean room. Very friendly and courteous receptionist. Unfortunately we missed the first bus as instructions were incorrect. Bus stops at post D not C. Road traffic noise detracted from enjoyment as meant 5am wakeup.

Although an older hotel that needs a bit of love and attention, it was excellent value for an overnight before flying out of Auckland airport. The shuttle to the airport was regular (15-20 minutes apart) and reliable - plus good instructions were given in advance on how to catch the bus from the airport to the hotel.
