La propreté, la fonctionnalité et la tranquillité de l'appartement.
La situation géographique. D'après l'annonce qui mentionnait proche de la gare, je pensais qu'il s'agissait de la gare centrale, hors il s'agissait d'une autre gare sur la sortie côté Italie dont j'ignorais même l'existence. Par ailleurs garer sa voiture n'est pas toujours évident.

The location worked because I didn't mind the 30-minute walk to the center of town and the ease of walking the other direction to the Italian border. It was super clean and beautifully decorated with a lovely view from the balcony. I appreciated the coffee, waters and snacks as well.
I cannot think of one thing I did not like about it. It beat both supposed 4-star hotels in Nice and Cannes.

Studio très agréable de part sa fonctionnalité, sa propreté, sa situation géographique. Supermarché et gare de Garavan à proximité, parfait pour les vacanciers sans véhicule qui veulent se déplacer pour visiter cette belle région. Disponibilité des hôtes.
