La situation géographique
Nous pensions avoir un balcon plus grand , il paraissait différent sur les photos de l’annonce et nous adorons prendre le petit déjeuner dehors et aussi le dîner et là il etait impossible d’en profiter par rapport au groupe extérieur de climatisation qui dégage une chaleur importante

Studio parfaitement équipé et meublé, lit très confortable. Logement qui plus est Idéalement situé (à quelques centaines de mètres de la station de TER Menton Garavan et à un kilomètre de la frontière italienne) et dans un environnement calme et bien fréquenté. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.
Peut-être ajouter une serpillière pour le petit ménage ?
