I would rather stay on the streets in my car then stay in this property again

Absolutely nothing.

1. It took me two hours after my time of arrival scheduled to be able to get the code for the glass door. 1. It’s a tent on a platform you can just climb through the windows which means there’s no way to secure your property inside of the place 3. the train runs right behind this tent. Every five minutes during the day and every 15 minutes at night 4. There is a giant light pole right on the train track the tent is cream colored it is never dark inside of the tent 5. The hot water does not work when I contacted the property owner about it they said you have to leave it running for 25 minutes… I left it running for 45 minutes the hot water never came on 6. The ants invaded like a zombie apocalypse 7. The neighbors that obviously stay there long-term are sketchy as hell and loud

If you're open during the winter, the air conditioning unit should be replaced by a heater as its heat function is sub-optimal
