The location is indeed close walking distance to the beach. It is about 10 minutes on foot to the city centre. Quiet street.
The property is indeed wheel chair accessible. However, I am not sure that a wide wheel chair would enter the elevator. We used a wheelchair for my mum but she could still walk into the elevator. We folded the chair to go up. It looked to me that it might be tricky to get the wheelchair into the elevator with her in it if she had not been able to walk. We did not test it though.
There were kitchen amenities available: sugar, salt pepper, tea, coffee, olive oil.
These are just warnings for future visitors. The apartment is overlooked on all sides and there is only a very limited view of the sea from one corner of the side balcony.
The parking space is very small and any 4x4 or high car will not enter in it, not just because of height (1.83m) but also of width as the parking spot is between two walls and one cannot come out of a wide car once in it. There is a parking charge in the street. There is free parking available in some other areas of Deauville but it can be tricky to find a spot and it is a walk away from the property.
There is a sofa-bed in the living room but the mattress - which is also the base of the sofa itself - is well worn, making it quite uncomfortable to sleep or to sit in it (hard to come out of it). Best not to plan for a couple to sleep during a full stay in it, rather more for occasional guest. There is an additional single sofa-bed in the living room too.
The decoration is quite old fashioned.

Appartement spacieux, confortable et agréable bien situé entre la mer et le centre ville.
La télévision n’est pas fonctionnelle ( pas d’antenne) mais nous n’allons pas en vacances pour regarder la télévision.
Surtout une seule paire de clés ce qui est insuffisant lorsque tout le monde ne fait pas la même chose,ce qui limite les possibilités de sorties.
