the views, front and back were excellent, ducks, goats and a pretty view. very comfortable room, bathroom spacious and good.
It would be easier to get to if i had a car, but the bus was only 4mins away and frequent, just had to walk a narrow busy road, not so easy with a suitcase.

The breakfast was ok for us as we don't always like cooked breakfast.The ensuite was excellent lovely walk in shower.
The supply of the tea/coffee in the room was exxellent. It was convenient for all the places we visited over the days.
The parking situation , there was always a place on the area in front of the house but it was a very busy main road to back into the space or stick the nose of the car out to get out.
