it was lovely & secluded & David & Julie couldn’t have done enough for us. it had an indoor pool & hot tub jacuzzi too right next door. it was clean & enough space for us & our dog!

the only thing I will mention is I didn’t find the bed comfy however I do have arthritis & my husband said he was comfy so it’s probably just me.

We had a wonderful stay and would thoroughly reccomend a visit.

Great value for money. Hosts very welcoming. Accommodation clean and cosy and had everything we needed. Pub and little shop within walking distance. Good to have swimming pool on site too. Little sun terrace as well as patio by front door. welcome pack on arrival is a great touch. Very well equiped.

Bathroom was very tiny and nowhere to put anything. Two more properties on site. we had great neighbours but if they had been a noisy crowd it could have been different. Hosts went away for a few days whilst we were there so wouldn't have been there to deal with any situation that occured, although we could contact them by phone. The swimming pool had no closig time so people could use it late at night and it is right next to the studio appartment. But we had alovely time and the other guests were no problem. Driveway down to properties is incredibly steep.

The best holiday in Cornwall

The size of our room was very misleading from the photos. The studio layout was larger than life for a studio. When we arrived.. there were eggs.. milk.. coffee..and chocolates. The towels were huge and of great quality. There was an iron..a hair dryer.. full kitchen with pots and pans..cling film..aluminium foil.. enough toilet paper for a week's stay... a pedestal fan..sky TV.. and the grounds were absolutely breath taking. There was also a huge pool that is covered and to be used at any time. There were no cut of times as long as you locked up after leaving. The owners wonderful and I also want to add that with it being a pet friendly environment.. my dog was in heaven. A major plus was that the back part of the studio was underground which kept the room very cool especially in 30 plus degrees on several days and because it was underground it was also well lighted. The furnishings were extremely soothing on the eyes and we will go back every year. There were pubs within walking distance and it was very sad when leaving.

Very comfortable and cosy and good to come back to after days out as weather bad - rain everyday.

The studio was very well equipped with everything you would want in a holiday home , hosts very friendly and welcoming when we arrived ,showed us around and how everything worked but then we were left alone to enjoy our holiday.situated in a lovely garden,where our two dogs could walk and run around.

The shower was a little confusing to use and a little small for my partner

Relaxing and peaceful.

Lovely Welcome Pack was very thoughtful. There was a large swimming pool that is heated year round. Big grass area for the dogs to exercise and thoughtful touches for dogs outside like bowl of water and dog waste bin.

A Lockbox for keys might be an idea as we arrived later than we thought and felt bad disturbing the hosts.
