    Bathroom very small - might not suit a larger person! And the bathroom door did not shut properly, but not the biggest problem - overall very comfortable stay.

    Lovely decor and great value for money with a lovely hostess - recommended!
    Lovely breakfast, on a tray in bed (though a table and crockery etc are provided) which I needed as I'd gone for work and had had a very long journey the day before and then was working till late, so was tired. Nice 'beach hut' decor and expensive toiletries (I'm very sensitive/allergic to perfumes and always slightly dread cheap toiletries in hotels, but they were very nice). . .Very good value for money. Jess is lovely too. I would stay there again if I'm ever in the area.
    There isn't a great view (it's on an estate) but that's ok, I wasn't on holiday, and it's central-ish I believe. My only comment is that the mattress on the bed could've been better - but it was fine and even with my delicate lower back it was fine in the morning.
