Lovely decor and great value for money with a lovely hostess - recommended!

Lovely breakfast, on a tray in bed (though a table and crockery etc are provided) which I needed as I'd gone for work and had had a very long journey the day before and then was working till late, so was tired. Nice 'beach hut' decor and expensive toiletries (I'm very sensitive/allergic to perfumes and always slightly dread cheap toiletries in hotels, but they were very nice). . .Very good value for money. Jess is lovely too. I would stay there again if I'm ever in the area.

There isn't a great view (it's on an estate) but that's ok, I wasn't on holiday, and it's central-ish I believe. My only comment is that the mattress on the bed could've been better - but it was fine and even with my delicate lower back it was fine in the morning.

Nice little room perfect for busy out and about vacations

It was very clean and some very thoughtful touches. The location was perfect for a party we were attending

The en-suite was a bit small and as we were part of the main house we could hear dogs barking and other household sounds which might have been more of a problem if we stayed longer

Very comfortable accommodation, quiet, spacious and light, and a superb breakfast facing the rising sun. Room and floor were chilly, and the tiny shower room is not for large people, but bed and shower are excellent, and host is most thoughtful.

Accommodation was clean and tidy and the host was nice.

Breakfast was different! I prefer cereals and toast.

Dog footsteps on hard floor above in the early hours. Creaky bed. Small step up to the en suite caught us out to begin with. It could do with a white line or beading to draw attention to it.

Lovely clean accommodation, good breakfast

This was a last minute booking. Jess was very accommodating and made us very welcome. The room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. It was lovely having breakfast in the room at a lovely table and chairs. Breakfast was continental, very well presented and delicious. Easy parking and easy to walk to several local pubs. Easy drive to some local attractions.
