We loved everything! We apologize once again for the late check out (genuinely thought it was 12pm) and thanks again for the great stay, I strongly recommend it and we wish we would have stayed longer!

Nothing, it's a great place

Everything was stellar! It is clear that a lot of thought (and money!) has gone into making a comfortable environment, especially for people who want to stay for weeks or months. But it is a communal house. There is a well-equipped kitchen, shared by everyone. Each room has shelf space in the kitchen, and space in the refrigerator, also. Anyone who is not courteous enough to thoroughly clean up after themselves, though...... should probably go elsewhere! 😂 There are also shared bathrooms; toilet and shower. Big and very clean. Good quality Shower Gel and Shampoo provided. But with only two rooms on a floor and one bathroom, sharing is not a problem! It sits empty nearly all the time! 😂 I was very happy!

Two very small things! First, I am a quiet guy who likes to stay invisible. 😂 I really don't want people to know when I'm coming and going. But the door lock on both my room and the bathroom make this loud CLICK when you lock and unlock the door! CLICK! In the tiled bathroom, it is very LOUD! There's just no way to be "invisible"....... when this loud CLICK announces your coming and going! 😂 😂 Second, just a suggestion...... A fan on the restroom would be a magical addition! Not an exhaust fan; a cooling, air-moving fan (like on the dining table downstairs). Wall mounted would be the most practical, probably. Bangkok Heat and High Humidity can make it miserable. In the room with the shower, the humidity will be even higher. Sitting on the toilet, for example, can mean SWEATING on the toilet! 😂 Same for trying to dry off after a shower. Sweating in a hot, humid room is counterproductive when coming out of the shower! A blowing fan in the bathroom? That would make a HUGE difference! It'll speed up drying off, cool the temperature, and magically make being in there a lot more comfortable! -- Just a thought! Cheers!

I’ve never really felt at home staying in other people’s houses, but this place exceeded all my expectations. It’s not too far from the city, yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The house is very clean, and the owner is kind and easy to approach. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, especially considering how affordable it is for such quality accommodation. And the cute cats are a lovely bonus!
