Appartement très agréable et vaste, décoration très soignée et de qualité, idéalement situé. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine. Pour l'accueil et la remise des clés, nous avons eu affaire à une personne très professionnelle et sympathique. La présentation de l'appartement était complète, et elle nous a précisé qu'elle restait à notre disposition pour tout renseignement complémentaire.

Das Bestrafungsmodell falls wir nach 20:00 einchecken. So noch nicht erlebt. Hatten 3 mails mit angekündigten Geldstrafen für einchecken nach 20:00.

The location. The place was very nice, the rooms were nicely renovated while keeping original touches.
We had for three people only two sets of towels and they were unable to provide another one during three days.
The bathroom was a bit worn out. The toilet seat was loose and the rain shower head was really dirty.
Communication with the staff was complicated: We wrote them regarding the issues with the flat but they were unable to provide fixes. They tried to fix some things once, but unfortunately did (partly) the wrong things in the end. When pointing this out, the person on site said it would not be responsible.
