La vista y el estacionamiento
El sistema que tienen para entregarte el departamento es pésimo. Hay que ingresar al departamento desde la 5 pm e ir a buscar las llaves a otro pueblo, lo que complica bastante y te demora todo por más de 1 hora. Además, nadie te explica nada del funcionamiento del departamento: cocina, aire acondicionado, TV, etc. La losa y la cuchillería incompleta para 4 personas. Otro tema es la entrega de las llaves al final de la estadía. Otro problema, ya que al igual que NADIE entrega el departamento NADIE lo recibe. Mal, mal.

Le dimensioni dell’appartamento, la vista mare, il parcheggio riservato, la piscina. La casa in generale era ben attrezzata.
L’appartamento necessita di una rinfrescata, alcuni mobili erano danneggiati e riparati, alcune luci non funzionanti. Suggerisco di rimuovere la moquette, soluzione poco igienica e ormai desueta soprattutto in un posto di mare. Il tutto considerando il livello della struttura e le cifre richieste. Attenzione alla richiesta di caparra che nel mio caso ha generato qualche intoppo.
