I didn't know there was breakfast so I did not experience.
Maybe a little more information about the amenities.

The staff is amazing
1. The room wasn't as clean as it normally is.
2. There needs to be a spot to put in an existing membership #. My bad I booked via Booking.com but still should be able to recognize the #

New, very clean and nice large room. The pull out sofa was exactly what we needed to sleep three adult men.
The HVAC system was not great at holding a set temperature. At times too hot, other too cold.

Location
Thin floors and walls - you could hear every footstep from those in the room above us. Sounded like a heard of elephants.
