Villa Sunny Hill ist ein großes, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Steinhaus, ruhig und in der Tat sonnig gelegen, am Hang am Ortsrand eines kleinen Weilers, der ausser einer kleinen Taverne (Ifigenia - gutes, traditionelles Essen wie bei Oma) nichts bietet. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr groß, so dass man richtig schwimmen kann (allerdings nicht beheizt). Dank geschützter, überdachter, großer Terrasse und einer netten Logia und überdachtem Grillplatz findet man je nach Tageszeit immer ein angenehmes Plätzchen. Man ist hier ungestört, völlig für sich. Da das Haus unweit der Schnellstraße liegt, ist man schnell in den Städtchen Kolymvari oder Kissamos. Kleinere Buchten gibt es ebenfalls in erreichbarer Nähe, aber man braucht für alles ein Auto. Wir fanden den Standort ideal, um den Nordwesten zu erkunden. Vom Massentourismus bekommt man hier nichts mit. Kontakt mit dem Anbieter funktionierte reibungslos.
Die Duscharmaturen funktionieren nicht mehr optimal.
