Sehr familiär und ausgesprochen ruhig. Die Fahrt ins Tal zum Hotel war recht serpentinenreich, was sich aber ausgezahlt hat 😃. Traumhafte, sehr abgelegene und alleinige Lage. Mit dem Auto kann man schöne Strände erreichen und bei Niko wieder geerdet werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke 🙏

Der Weg dorthin ist recht kurvenreich, eng und steil. Wer nur Autobahn gewohnt ist, muss sich umstellen 😉

Un emplacement magnifique au calme. Un grand merci à Nikos pour son accueil. La plage est sauvage et propice au snorkeling. La taverne est juste à coté et la nourriture crétoise est délicieuse.

Tutto perfetto, dal padrone all'appartamento, alla location, al rumore del mare che senti sull'appartamento. Davvero grazie

The property is in a beautiful location. The sunset views from the apartment and the serpentine street leading to it are wonderful. The sheets and towels get changed every 4 days and everything was cleaned at that time as well. The studio was very spacious as well as the balcony which is lined by pink and red oleander. The balcony also has a drying rack attached to the wall for beach stuff. There are nice mosquito screen sliding doors and you can hear the sea from your room. It was not too hot during nights in June because there was always a little breeze from the sea. However, I am not sure the air con was functioning if we had needed it. I did not see a remote to turn it on. It was also convenient to have a beach bar and restaurant right next door. The owner gave us a nice map with some good tips of where to visit.

The shower was very old and the water went all over the room because there were no shower walls and the drain had extremely poor drainage so that the shower overflowed every time. (The shower curtain was useless in that regard). There was only a hand held shower which attached to the wall about 3 feet from the floor. It is impossible to soap and rinse without attaching the shower head back to the wall in between and without holding the shower head in your hands in order to rinse off your hair or body. The shower base was very old and looked really dirty because it was impossible to truly clean its slip proof, rough surface. (see photos - the black on the base is not from us) After the shower ended you had to try and sweep the water on the bathroom floor into a floor drain next to the toilet, but some water always stayed back so that the floor was always wet. I dreaded the experience of showering due to all of this. I also found the mattress very uncomfortable and the bed a bit on the small side for 2 people. Having access to a washing machine to do laundry somewhere on the property would also have been great.
