Nice spot in a sleepy town.

The apartment is located in a lovely spot in the centre of the old town. We had the 2 bed apartment which has good views over the square. Plenty of space to relax the kitchen is more than adequate to have home cooked food, rather than eating out. A real treat for us was the bar directly below which serves good wine and hot snacks. And the locals made us feel very welcome. The castle above the town is worth the walk for great views over the town.

Wasn't a big issue for us as we live on a main road, but with two or three bars on the square, the weekend might be a little noisy for light sleepers. So bring earplugs.

Beautiful location, but ...

The property is in a fantastic location, 5 mins walking to the train station and in the historic part of the town with lots of bars and restaurants. It's very lively and beautiful

A part from the bathroom that broke and was fixed the following day, we found it could have been much cleaner. Also, on the website it said free toiletries but there was no shampoo nor conditioner and we had one toilet roll for 4 people for a whole week.

Quirky apartment in great location

Location was beautiful, on piazza. And table in main living room great. Paulo the host was easily contacted and responsive.

More kitchen utensils and some towels to dry up would have been helpful.

Very comfortable property in a beautiful city.

Beautiful historical building. Location was excellent, right on the piazza. Great bar/cafe downstairs, walking distance to many restaurants and bars and train station also close by.

Perfectly located, cozy appartment :)

We liked the apartment. Location in the centre of Conegliano, above a nice caffe good for bteakfast and few minutes from the train station was great. Cozy and comfortable appartment good for 4-5 people. A nice and clean bathtoom. Very friendly and helpful owner. Definitelly we would come back :)

Modern apartment in the noble palace in the hearth of Conegliano.

Apartment is located in the historical noble palace in the real hearth of the Conegliano. Reconstructed for maximum comfort even for long stay. Despite fact, that is is in pedestrian area, it is possible to arrive by car (after agreement with owner) to unload (upload) all the luggage and bottles of prosecco. Proximity of public parking is an advantage. The owner is the cherry on the cake, helpful and very willing. Bottle of private prosecco is also very appreciated for the start of the stay. We will surely return THANKS.

As it is located on top floor of the old building do not expect elevator, but we liked it. It is small exercise gratis for everyone. For us added value.

Soggiorno eccellente in una struttura accogliente, in posizione ideale, con un host attento e disponibilissimo.

La posizione è davvero perfetta, nel cuore di Conegliano e comoda per raggiungere tutto a piedi. L’appartamento è accogliente, curato nei dettagli e molto confortevole. L’host è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile fin dal primo contatto, rendendo il soggiorno semplice e piacevole.

Nulla degno di nota, tutto è stato all’altezza delle aspettative.

Una gemma a conegliano centro

Posto incredibile, ambiente curato nei dettagli, proprietario cordiale e disponibile, ci hanno permesso di entrare un po prima e uscire un po' dopo senza nessun fastidio. Situato in una corte in un palazzo storico e ti senti quasi l'unico abitante in mezzo a tanta bellezza. Una fortuna averlo trovato e sicuramente da tornarci.

Non avrei nulla da dire onestamente, essendo un edificio storico dovete tenere in conto di alcune cose come l'assenza di ascensore, le rampe sono tranquille ma immagino che se si hanno problemi motori può essere un problema.

Bene ma migliorabile

Sicuramente la posizione e l'arredamento dell'appartamento, affaccia sulla piazza principale ma comunque ben isolato dai rumori esterni, la consegna delle chiavi è stata puntuale e molto cordiale.

l'unica cosa che ha dato fastidio agli ospiti dell'appartamento è che avendo un pavimento in legno tipo baita di montagna, non si tratta di parquet, quando ci cammini sopra scricchiola parecchio e se ti alzi di notte può dare fastidio

Die Unterkunft ist toll, ein Haus aus dem 16. Jahrhundert und die Wohnung wurde handwerklich mit vielen Ideen und professionell ausgestattet. Eine alte Tapezierung, toller Echtholzboden, Fenster direkt auf den Hauptplatz, Kamin, Riesenfernseher - einfach toll

Perfekte Lage mitten in der Altstadt, Parkhaus 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß, aber mit Stufen! Sehr netter Empfang durch Gastgeber Paolo, man muss sich allerdings einen Zeitpunkt ausmachen zur Schlüsselübergabe - mit Schlüsselbox wäre man flexibler! Tolle Ausstattung, 2 große Schlafzimmer. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer, alles mit Klimaanlage. Restaurants in direkter Umgebung, Empfehlung: Locanda Mezzosale

Steile Treppen ins Dachgeschoss, für uns okay, aber nix für Unsportliche 😉Abfluss bei Dusche rinnt nicht ab. Keine Schlüsselbox.

立地。素敵な広場に面して、広場で行われたクラシックコンサートを部屋から聴けた。 Paoloはとてもタイムリーに返信をくれて助かった。電車移動だったのでチェックイン前の荷物預けを相談したところ、私たちの時は預けさせてもらえた。(毎回そうではないかもしれないが) 1階のカフェはいつも賑わっていて2回利用した。部屋は広々としエアコンもよく効いた。建物はとてもクラシック、部屋で歩くと床のきしむ音がする。(好みの問題)

建物がとても古いのでエレベータはない。夜スピーカーをonしたらブレーカーがとんだ。冷蔵庫前のブレーカーを触っても解決せず、荷物預けの際のスタッフに電話し10分で来てもらえて解決した。ブレーカーの問題があるなら事前に伝えて欲しかった。(お得感からこの部屋を選択したが、この点でお値段なりだと感じた)

Tolles Appartement mit Charme.

Wir waren auf einer mehrtägigen Radtour und hatten eine Übernachtung in Conegliano. Das Appartement befindet sich in einem historischen Haus. Die Räder konnten wir sicher im Innenhof abstellen. Das Appartement selber, war sehr hübsch gestaltet. Der Gastgeber betreibt einen Weinhandel. Es gab eine grosse Auswahl regionaler Weine direkt im Appartement. Gleich in der Nähe gibt es eine Vielzahl von Lokalen. Trotz der zentralen Lage, war es sehr ruhig.
