Great new apartment, tasteful decor, great service and amazing location.

Great location, new apartment, beautifully decorated and very kind owner that made sure we had some food, a bottle Of wine complementary. All facilities worked perfectly well, we even used the washing machine as well as the dish washer.

The automatic door made some noise at night or during the day when there was drought so that startled us several times as we thought someone was getting in.

Mi è piaciuto tutto: gli host sono stati gentilissimi, la casa è molto molto bella, comoda e pratica, ha un box doccia molto ampio, la lavatrice, la lavastoviglie, il box auto e l'ascensore. Si trova in centro città, vicina alla stazione dei treni.

Nahe der Innenstadt und des Bahnhofs. Garage leider nur für kleinere Autos geeignet. Aber Öffentlicher Parkplatz kostenlos ganz in der Nähe. Zum Be-Entladen ist ein Parkplatz direkt um die Ecke vorhanden. Die Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnbereich sind nix für ältere.

Besser gehts wohl kaum in Conegliano!

Das Apartment hat eine tolle Lage, nur eine Brücke trennt von der Innenstadt/Zentrum. Ist wirklich geräumig, wir waren zu Zweit und bietet alles was man braucht! Der hauseigene Garagenplatz ist auch super, allerdings nur für kleine Autos geeignet. Vis a vis eine freundliche Marcelleria mit wunderbaren, selbsterzeugten Produkten, die wir uns gleich mal für eine erste Jause besorgt haben und ebenso der Obst & Gemüseladen hatte eine frische Auswahl! Und Sonia, die Gastgeberin ist sehr, sehr engagiert und gab uns viele Tipps für verschiedenste Restaurants und natürlich wo man Prosecco mit herrlicher Aussicht genießen kann! 100% Empfehlung!

10 E LODE E’ IL MINIMO !!

Dalle informazioni su Booking e dalle relative recensioni immaginavo di trovare un ambiente confortevole idoneo alla mia esigenza; la realtà invece ha superato di gran lunga ogni mia aspettativa. La sig.ra Sonia è stata cortese e premurosa durante tutto il mio soggiorno. L’appartamento, praticamente in centro a Conegliano, arredato con molto buon gusto, è completo praticamente di TUTTO, pulitissimo e impeccabilmente climatizzato. Nel mio caso dovevo soltanto pernottare e stare fuori tutto il giorno ma la struttura offre tutto quello che necessita a una maggiore permanenza in casa. Graditissimo tra l’altro (non dovuto e quindi molto apprezzato) il prosecco trovato in fresco al mio arrivo in camera. Comodissimo anche il self check-in che ti permette di arrivare a qualsiasi ora ed entrare e uscire senza chiavi; praticamente per l’ingresso in casa e per tutta la permanenza, ti forniscono un codice numerico segreto da digitare su di un tastierino all’ingresso. La struttura è dotata di un proprio parcheggio, anche se per autovetture di grosse dimensioni non è molto facile l’accesso; io avevo una Volvo XC60 e per entrare ho dovuto fare più di qualche abile manovra. C’è da dire comunque che con moltissima onestà e trasparenza su Booking sono meticolosamente indicate tutte le misure per il passaggio e lo spazio utile interno. In realtà, anche con le preziose informazioni ricevute dalla sig.ra Sonia, mi sono subito reso conto che si poteva tranquillamente parcheggiare esattamente fuori dalla struttura in un parcheggio a pagamento che però dalle 20 alle 08 del giorno successivo è gratuito, oppure in un altro comodissimo parcheggio libero 24H su 24H a circa 300 mt di distanza. Complimenti ancora e 10 e lode davvero meritato! A presto
