Acomodação limpa, ótima iluminação, com tudo o que a gente precisa. O proprietário é muito atencioso e pensou em cada detalhe. Até água gelada ele deixou na geladeira, só pra exemplificar a sensibilidade dele em pensar que a família chegaria de viagem sem ter passado em um supermercado. O bairro é muito tranquilo, vizinhança simpática. O metrô fica a poucos metros, percurso seguro. Tem Carrefour pertinho. O café da manhã no les Foulies com ótimo preço e bem gostoso. Tudo muito fácil!! Espero encontrar disponibilidade em próxima oportunidade. Só ficarei lá de agora em diante!

Bedroom mattress is sagging and broken base

Bellevile station is literally less than 2 minutes away. Supermarkets (mostly Asian) are everywhere surrounding the property. Owner was helpful when we left the key inside the property, luckily there was a spare key nearby. Newly renovated with heated towel hanger (comes in very useful during winter!).

Please update the facilities. There was no coffee machine, the washing machine was not working, and there was no dryer in the property. The bed in the bedroom was less comfortable compared to the sofa bed (yes, I’m sure!). The electricity went off one time. No response when contacting through booking.com. More responsive when I contacted them through message and called.

The apartment was fully renovated and the bathroom was really comfortable.

There was constant noise, day and night, probably from the machines in the nearby shops, which prevented us from resting well. The terrace door does not close properly so the flat was always open. The bed frame does not fit well and the mattress sagged when sleeping. There were four of us and they only provided towels for two, but they provided the day after.
