Perfect location, close to parking, beach and town.
The bathroom was not suitable for tall people, very low ceiling and tricky to get in and out of the bath to use the shower. Also there was a loose panel above the toilet which let in an icy blast. I also struggled with not having much room at the end of the bed and kept kicking it (ouch). The view was beautiful but unfortunately there were roadworks right in front of the window.

Excellent location, very convenient for train station and beach. Very nicely furnished and appointed throughout. Comfortable bed.
Two caveats:
We found the bathroom floor and ceiling quite hazardous with many steps and different levels. There was no forewarning of this. As older visitors we really had to watch what we were doing but still had a few incidents.
Noisy guests upstairs directly above bedroom, early morning and late evening; seemed to have a thin ceiling.
Also, no hair dryer.
