The following were perfect - location, lay out of the apartment, cleanliness, facilities
1 mirror in the whole apartment, the amount of different codes to get through the 3 doors and then the key safe, but mainly, the amount of emails you receive after booking and particularly during your stay. One email with all the details on would be enough. The radiators could do with being replaced as one of them in the living room wouldn’t even come on.

The accommodation was clean, the bed was really comfortable for me, I had a lovely sleep in it, the mattress was just right, especially as I have a disability which causes me to suffer from aches and pains. There were sachets of milk, coffee, and tea provided, which was lovely as I do enjoy a hot drink at the end of a busy day 😊
Before we were due to arrive, I had instructions via email on how to get into the apartment. These were easy to follow, unlike other places I have stayed at. Also, I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was.
There was a lovely spacious bathroom with towels provided, and the shower was quite good.
Although there are heaters and easy to use, unfortunately, they didn't really heat up the room, so I was shivering all night. However, there are extra duvets provided, which are stored under the bed if an extra duvet is needed. I stupidly didn't put another one on! 🙄

The property was a good size in a handy place to walk to city centre. Great comfortable bed in main bedroom.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable with wafer thin mattress’s and a metal bar down the middle that dug into back when sleeping on it.
The amount of emails and messages about the rules became almost harassing from the rental company which actually spoilt the whole experience. One would have been enough we received 10 plus messages. Then the usual information about checking etc on top of this.

The apartment was great
The code for te outside gate didn’t work and we had to rely on residents letting us in. I don’t think there was a time limit on the gates at a later time in the night
