Had a pretty good one-night stay at the hotel. Really well located, as you can simply walk to most of the attractions and restaurants, but it is within a well-connected area so Ubers and taxis are generally very easy to take as well.
Delicious breakfast. Went for the Middle Eastern one and was treated to a feast. Staff was kind and supportive and I didn't have any troubles. The entire experience was hassle free.
Only cons, which I let know to the staff, would be a weird moldy smell on the showers and the fact that the room's light switches were slightly difficult to find (they were behind the pillows in the bed). No biggies really. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.
If you haven't pre-booked drivers or activities, they offer one day or multi-day trips to several locations inside Jordan, so that can be helpful for last-minute travelers.

This place is so worth the money. Breakfast was delicious, staff was friendly, the room was exceptionally clean and equipped. I would totally stay here again.

Nice location, clean and comfortable.
However, they have a strange policy that guests aren't allowed to bring a friend or family member into the hotel room. Had they stated this unnecessarily strict policy from the beginning, I would have booked elsewhere. I feel it's misleading and puts guests in an awkward position when their friend or colleague is denied entry.
I have stayed in many hotels in Amman, and never experienced this before. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend this place, due to this policy.
The bathroom sink tap has an annoying motion sensor tap which makes it hard to wash.
