    Very clean, nice and cozy property.. great location next to Abdali Boulevard and a lot of attractions. The housekeeping service is outstanding and the staff are super nice.. special thanks to Elham from the front desk for being very nice and helpful and gave us unforgettable assistance to us. I have no doubt that we will come back to W Amman and it will be our one and only option for our next visit to the city

    The hotel has a look issue, starting with the entrance and the way finding, we have to see the staff and the receptionist and all of the people each time we go to our room,the gym is very basic, when we ordered anything to our room it took them 45 minutes even for a coffee, the restaurant area not clean and the smell so bad, try to smell the dishes and you will feel sick, the only thing good about the hotel s the clean service at the room itself, besotted that we will never do it again hope the W hotel do there best
