L'accueil de l'équipe et de Rosanna la personne chargée de l'entretien, tous très sympathiques. La propreté, le ménage fait tous les 2 jours. Proche de la ligne 1 du métro, station Toledo. Proximité avec restaurants, commerces et lieux touristiques. Mise à disposition de capsules de café qui était excellent. Mise à disposition de pièces de 20 centimes nécessaires pour prendre l'ascenseur.
L'isolation sonore de l'appartement très mauvaise. Beaucoup de bruit dû au restaurant juste au bas de l'immeuble. Il manquait une tablette dans la douche pour poser les shampooing/ gel douche. La literie dans la seconde chambre est à changer. Le matelas est déformé sur un côté.

The staff are very professional and friendly. They gave clear instructions and met us to show us the apartment. They also shared lots of great tips for restaurants and attractions. The apartment is in a very good location with lots of great restaurants around it. The Toledo metro station, Funicular to Catel Sant Elmo and SpaccaNapoli are all in easy walking distance. Also there are lots of genuine Gluten Free restaurants nearby.
