I've failed to use coffee machine

Precioso y cómodo. Una increíble ubicación que nos ha ayudado a hacer todas las cosas que queríamos más rápido ya q estaba todo al lado. Volvería a repetir sin duda

The room was brilliant, but we didn't know that we would be be sharing the facilities with other people. Apart from that, it was very clean with a lovely balcony. Not far from the old town which was a bonus. Easy walk to the train station and other amenities.

We arrived early, so we headed towards the place to work out the exact location. We reached the place according to Google but wasn't clear that we were in the correct place as we didn't know the room was in a block of flats. There is a restaurant right next door so I asked for some clarification. They were so rude and said they didn't know anything about the address. (so decided not to eat there either). At the end I was forced to call the number that was in my booking. They didn't answer the call, but sent me a text message instead saying I was early. I knew that but all I wanted is to know that I was at the right place. Once we cleared these obstacles all was good. I think they need to clarify where the room is. maybe a picture of the block so individuals can identify it easily.
