The flat was beautifully clean and well managed, and the air conditioning was superb. All communications from the hosts were fast and efficient. I really appreciated how much effort had gone into making it a good experience, and little touches like welcome packs of soaps etc made it feel that bit special. It was conveniently sited for the metro and some good supermarkets and local shops.
The flat is away from the tourist parts of Barcelona, effectively what I would class as inner city and a little run down, and it was 20-25 minutes on the metro to reach the popular sites, or 15-20 minutes to walk to the beach. If we had a car this would have been less of a problem.

Entrée et sortie autonome. Station de métro à 2 pas, ce qui est un vrai plus. Commerces de quartier autour. Places de parking devant l’immeuble disponibles et gratuites. Équipements pour manger suffisant.
La taille de la douche plutôt petite et pas de porte aux wc.
Quartier plutôt bruyant, populaire, mais venant de la campagne nous ne sommes pas habitués. Seulement 4 chaises pour le repas.

Die Betten sind bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr nahe, die U-Bahn ins Zentrum ist ganz nahe, das Haus ist ruhig, die Klimaanlagen sind leise und kühlen gut, der Kühlschrank ist gross.
Der Wasserdruck ist niedrig, die Dusche hat nur Regenfunktion aber keinen Duschkopf zum in der Hand halten, die Balkone sind kaputt, der Boden ist nicht sauber, die Badezimmertüren sind recht kaputt, alles ist etwas heruntergekommen, in den Schlafzimmern gibt es nur grelles Deckenlicht, die Gegend ist ganz klar “arm”, wir haben 2 Schaben gesehen.
