The location was perfect. Easy to get the tram and walking distance to m8st places.
The apartment could do with a bit of maintenance. The couch needs replacing as was stained and dirty. The cupboards need wiping out, chipped glass in cupboard, dirty oven glove in drawer, broken hook on bathroom door.

It was fairly close to where I needed to be.
The place looked much better in the photos. Some areas were clean, but others were noticeably grubby, especially the cupboards (inside and out) and the walls. The couch felt well past its best, almost like it had a life of its own. The main room lacked privacy due to non-blockout window coverings, and the chairs were wobbly. Access was also difficult, particularly managing luggage in the main door on the ground floor.
