Ariel Dunes II 2303

The location was great! The view was beautiful, and great access to beach. The large pools where very clean! My kid enjoyed th pool and they are very picky about clean pools and will not get in a pool even it's a small amount of dirt/leaves lol but this pool they did not want to get out of. Very nice night time swims. Text communication before and during stay was nice.

Outdated building. Outside furniture in condo, outdated bathrooms, and the cleanliness. It appeared to just be a basic clean before our arrival not a thorough one. There was hair from previous guest all throughout the condo even in kitchen cabinets. I went and purchased cleaning wipes and was able to clean the bathroom sinks better which tells me the cleaners didn't do a thorough cleaning job. The dishes in the cabinets where not very clean. I ran a set of dishes in the dishwasher before use and they came out clean which tells me they were not previously cleaned well. The balcony view is awesome however the balcony needs to be painted as the many rust marks on the balcony was an eyesore and made it appear dirty. I couldn't walk out and relax barefoot as I would have liked to. But Overall not a terrible stay. If you aren't as pocket you will love it.
