Невероятный вид из окон на море, шум прибоя, морской воздух, пляж под окном, огромная терраса на две стрроны, светлая, чистая и удобная квартира со всем необходимым для комфортного семейного отдыха, хорошая кофемашина, качественное постельное белье и полотенца. Владельцы дали рекомендации по близлежащим достопримечательностям и ресторанам. Комплимент при прибытии.

Fantastische Lage mit direktem Blick auf die Ostsee, großer Balkon rund um die ganze Wohnung, mehre Balkonzugänge, moderne Ausstattung, ruhige Lage und Umgebung, eigener Parkplatz direkt am Haus, Schlüsselcode für flexiblen Zugang

ein Schlafzimmer recht klein, sehr schmales Bett in einem der Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen (1,20m Breite)

Naprosto fantastické!

Krásný, nový, moderně zařízený apartmán s fantastickým výhledem a zcela nadstandardně velkým balkónem. Takže pokud se Vám některý den nebude chtít ven, můžete pouze sedět na balkóně, kochat se výhledem a poslouchat moře. Apartmán je v budově, kde je několik dalších apartmánů, nicméně soukromí máte takřka absolutní. (Samozřejmě těžko soudit jak to pak bude v plné sezóně) K moři to máte opravdu coby kamenem dohodil. Pokud si na dovolených vaříte, tak zde na Vás čeká fantasticky vybavená kuchyně včetně kávovaru Delonghi. (pokud máte kávu rádi, tak si přivezte vlastní, v obchodech v Niechorze měli pouze jeden druh) Píšu trochu neuspořádaně, ale když to shrnu....cestujeme se ženou opravdu hodně a málokdy jsme i přes pečlivý předvýběr podobně nadšení. Mohu jen a jen doporučit. (P.S. zapomněl jsem, pro děti velká televize, vlastní silná WIFI)

Wspaniały apartament tuż przy plaży. Bliżej się nie da, chyba, że ktoś chce zamienić się w rosnącą na wydmach sosnę. Apartament jest przestronny, nowoczesny, świetnie wyposażony. Kontakt z wynajmującymi był wspaniały. Pełne informacje. Plus bardzo miły koszyk powitalny. Dawno nie czułam się tak ugoszczona, wręcz rozpieszczona. Byłyśmy z przyjaciółkami, ale zamierzam wrócić z rodziną w tym z moimi małymi dziećmi.

Miło i komfortowo spędzony czas. Dwa kroki do morza i piaszczystej plaży.

Piękne, estetycznie i praktycznie urządzone mieszkanie, ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia zachęca do dłuższych pobytów. Taras dookoła mieszkania i cudowny widok na morze i drzewa. Kosz powitalny ze smakołykami bardzo miło nas zaskoczył.

Traumhafte Unterkunft für Familien die Ruhe und Zeit für sich suchen.

Hier ist eine mögliche Version: --- Wir hatten einen absolut traumhaften Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen – alles war nagelneu, modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Nähe zum Strand war unschlagbar, nur wenige Schritte und wir konnten das Meer genießen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne Begrüßungskorb, der uns so liebevoll willkommen hieß – das hat unseren Start in den Urlaub perfekt gemacht! Unsere drei Kinder und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Familienurlaub braucht. Wenn man überhaupt Kritik üben möchte, dann wäre es die leichte Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung und der Geruch im Treppenhaus, der wohl durch nasse Hunde verursacht wurde. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt aber keineswegs getrübt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können diese Ferienwohnung von Herzen weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit! ❤️ ---

Świetna lokalizacja - apartament na drugim piętrze z widokiem na morze. W mieszkaniu bardzo czysto. Ogrzewanie podłogowe - rewelacja.

Top ausgestattet und super Lage und tollem Blick!

Top Lage (Wohnung war im 2. Stock) mit großer Fensterfront mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Bis zum Wasser sind es unter 100 m. Super neu und super modern. Vor allem der Küchen- und Wohnbereich ist super. Alles war sehr gut beschrieben. Sehr netter und schneller Kontakt via Nachrichten. Alles Wichtige war vorhanden. Selbst ein toller Geschenkkorb war zur Begrüßung da. Gefühlt waren wir die ersten in der Wohnung. Im Treppenhaus waren die Geländer noch eingepackt und viele andere Wohnungen in der Anlage waren noch nicht fertig. Wir waren im Oktober somit nahezu alleine dort. Das war aber herrlich. Wenn die Anlage im Sommer voll ist, könnte es spannend mit der Lautstärke werden :-)

Bei einem der Zimmer steht Doppelbett und Schlafcouch. Die Schlafcouch ist aber für maximal einen kleinen Menschen zu gebrauchen. Wir waren zu sechst (2 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) und somit haben 2 Personen auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer geschlafen. Für uns war es aber vollkommen ok.
